I first met Paul at a Sportsman Show about 15 years ago he had a booth and was selling seasoning and had meat samples made with his seasoning.
I have been making all kinds of sausage since about 1980 so we talked about his summer sausage seasoning and I decided to buy some. It was in the spring and I wasn't going to make any summer sausage until deer season , Paul assured me the seasoning would be great as it was vacuumed packed. Well when I opened it up in the fall it smelled as fresh as any seasoning I had used.
I have to say that was the best summer sausage I have ever made and the people who I gave some to have said it's some of the best they had. My favorites are Bella Peno and Garlic Peppercorn.
I have made summer sausage with lots of different seasonings and none are as good as these. If you like summer sausage you need to try some you won't be disappointed.

I have been using Northwoods summer sausage seasonings for 10 years with great success. The garlic peppercorn is a perfect blend to use with venison . Another 50 lbs of garlic peppercorn. Gonna need more seasoning soon. Thanks for a great product
